Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple books for 5-10 companies
• Handle transactions and move money within multiple companies
• Prepare balance sheets
• Work with multiple businesses that have interconnected financials
• Provide monthly financial packets
• Maintain strong communication with clients and team members
• Pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all financial records
• Recording financial transactions accurately
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconciling bank statements with company records
• Generating financial reports for decision-making
• Maintaining the general ledger of financial transactions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of relevant bookkeeping experience or a degree in accounting/finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Due to/Due From experience is required

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, in-office position
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible start times (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6)
• Full benefits package offered
• Hourly rate: $26-26 per hour, depending on experience
