How you will contribute:

Set blends according to job requirements

Monitor Extrusion Machine operation and troubleshoot problems

Manage the filling of regrind gaylords

Pack Gaylords to ship

Know how to adjust temperatures, dosing rates, and drum speed to achieve proper crystallization. Monitor for chunks and be able to change process parameters

What we need from you:

Prior experience working with Extrusion Machines

Must be able to understand a complex system

Must be self-motivated with high sense of urgency and resourcefulness

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Continuously looking for ways to improve

Eagerness to learn

If you are an experience Extrusion Machine Operator who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to build your career with a growing company, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Our location is in Leominster, MA. We are hiring for a 12-hour rotating day shift: 5AM-5PM. You will work 3 days one week, and 4 days the next. Starting pay is $22.00/hour.

Successful candidates need to complete a pre-employment drug test.
