The Service Manager is an energetic and autonomous leader responsible for managing, improving, streamlining, and scaling service operations through management of people, processes, and technology. This leader will own end-to-end service operations from collaborating with Sales and the General Manager on pipeline opportunities through service, delivery, and customer satisfaction. This leader is responsible for retaining, training and growing our service technician staff to keep up with high growth. Finally, the right candidate has the desire to make an immediate and tangible impact as a hands-on, autonomous leader that will help us provide best-in-class service while helping to scale the business.
